What should I do if I receive a subpoena?
Read your subpoena carefully. It will tell you when and where to appear.

It will also give you a time to call in before the trial to confirm that the case is still going to trial and receive any additional instructions about when and where to appear.

If you have any questions about why you were subpoenaed or wish to talk to the prosecuting attorney, call 218-327-2867 to contact the Itasca County Attorney’s Office.
